Why is this game on a Wednesday?
That's not usual is it?

Accrington Stanley play Ipswich in front of the Sky cameras on Sunday so Wednesday gives them an extra day's rest before they tackle Posh. It does mean that we will have to play them on Wednesday and then only have two full days before we have to face Coventry. Both these games are at home for us and so maybe it was considered tough for Accrington to travel all the way to Peterborough after having to play Ipswich on Sunday, us on Wednesday and then Gillingham on the next Saturday. Tough on both teams. Bloody Sky!

This could be to Posh's advantage : players and management could watch the game on SKY and learn much about Stanley.

Careful, that could be 'another nice mess you have got us into Stanley!' :D

Let's hope that Posh aren't tempted to rest on their laurels after Saturday. Stanley look a more dangerous side than their league position might suggest.

So in the end a convincing 4-0 win, sad to think that although we are top of the table, If we hadn't thrown away points at home to Ipswich, and away to Wycombe and Tranmere we'd be seven points clear tonight.

Some people are never satisfied.

What is it with two nil up once again we've tried our best to throw away a two goal lead.
Did we do that again today?

Just saying it as it is, sad news if true, Toney missing the Coventry game after yet another pointless booking.

If, if, if, if! ..... and if Ipswich had won their last two games we would be six points adrift! Get real. Football is not an exacting science bristle and you should know that after having watched football for so many years!
Just enjoy our run of games and realise that there are still 31 games to play with 93 points on offer!

It's his fourth, not fifth, booking according to others in the know!
