Are there anti-maskers here who believe that Covid 19 is just a hoax??
I'd have thought the same that believe the earth is still flat!!!
Donald Trump fans & Brexiteers also seem more likely to believe this.
Behave, nothing to do with Brexit or Trump there was a March in Bristol and the leaders or main spokespeople were socialists including loony Corbyn’s brother, also a lot of BLM supporters who you would have thought would have been frightened to death according to the statistical evidence.
I don't judge people on race, religion, gender,
ability or size, I judge them on whether or not

You're right Bristle but in the USA it tends to be more right wing types who believe that nobody should stop their liberties. Here in the UK, it also seems to be more of a theme (but not exclusively) with the right wing.

Socialists are generally less likely to rebel against conforming as they tend to think about society more than individuals. Capitalists are more likely to focus on the economy & personal situations.

A glimmer of light ; up to 4000 fans will be allowed in to watch a match in Tier 1 Areas. Here's hoping Peterborough will be in Tier 1.

Under the softest measures in Tier 1 areas there will be a maximum crowd size of either 50 per cent stadium occupancy or 4,000 spectators – whichever number is smaller.
In the medium Tier 2 areas, the stadium rules will be 50 per cent of overall capacity or 2,000 – whichever number is smaller. However, for those in the strictest Tier 3 measures fans will still not be able to watch their teams live.
I hope for your and all other poshies that Posh is Tier 1 or at least Tier 2.
You'll might know on Thursday when they potentially release the details of the tiers.
Boris Johnson said the tiers would be announced potentially as soon as Thursday.

Peterborough is in Tier 2 but we in PE10 are in Tier3. Our local infection rate is very low but we are included in Lincolnshire.

Lincolnshire, the biggest county in England lumped in as one area. Slough a small town in Berkshire gets it's own tier!!! These bumbling clowns at ProjectFear making it up as they go along and continuing to behave like communist dictators and control people' & destroy their lives.

If every club and business ignored their orders what could they do about it? They couldn't arrest millions of people. Why are we all sitting back and allowing this to be imposed upon us??

Maybe if everyone from day one had obeyed the recommendations we would NOT be in the predicament we are now. If everyone does as you suggest the country would now be at civil war............and I AM SURE that would be far worse.

Why should we be dictated to and have our lives controlled by these clowns? If I don’t want to get run over I look before I cross the road. If I was worried about this virus I’d shield and isolate and let everyone else get on with their lives. We are living in a dictatorship telling me who I can meet in my own home that I own and pay for. Truly astonishing that we’re allowing this to happen.

It's astonishing to me how many people don't understand the need to follow advice.
PoshBrian is right "Maybe if everyone from day one had obeyed the recommendations we would NOT be in the predicament we are now."

The reason Australia and especially Queensland is in such a relatively good position is because the majority of residents did follow advice. Advice which was very similar to that given to UK residents.

The reason Australia is in a relatively good state as you describe it is due to the size of the country and population. Also Aus don’t manipulate the figures to include someone who dies of a heart attack or in a road accident in the figures just because they test positive for the virus but have no symptoms.

ProjectFear is in full swing here and has been for months by these dictators with their ‘advice’. 55million yes 55 million people are being told who can enter their own home. Anyone who finds that acceptable is astonishing.

Can I SUGGEST that you go to any Nurse in any Hospital and partake in a conversation.

The entire population was told who could enter their home and the majority took notice. You will, no doubt, be astonished to read that.

A conversation about what?? How many people they treat with cancer, heart attacks, MND, road traffic accidents, assault victims etc etc? Is Covid the only disease we've ever had in society? No it's not but shall we live the rest of our lives in fear and locked in our own homes by dictators.

Very good suggestion, Brian.
Has your business been closed down tony, is your livelihood being destroyed and plunging you into years of debt. Is your kids education being damaged by school closures. Is your mental health being affected causing suicides and destroying families forever. I very much hope it isn't and that you're keeping well but unfortunately that isn't the case for millions of people in the UK. So I suggest you go and have a conversation with the millions of people in this position.
