...and if Stanground is not a council estate is it not a bit hypocritical having your own property.

I can tell you, and inform you, that quite categorically there are NO council houses in Peterborough. Not one.

But where I or others live has no bearing on whether Brexit is justifiable or not. Nor is it a class divider.

Churchill was a fatcat Tory. He smoked the finest cigars and dined on fine cuisine when the country had to make do.
He would have been right at home in the modern Tory party.
Regarded throughout the World as the greatest man EVER to live.

You and BILLIONS of others would not be here now without him.
Billions is incorrect but I get your gist.
I would say we owe our lives more to the brave boys in the army and navy. There were many politicians of the time that would have been just as rousing as Churchill but he certainly was the bullish character of his time. He was pretty hopeless after the war though.

There were when I last visited. My mother lived in one in Farcet for example. And my best man lived in one in Stanground.
Several of my relatives live in them in Whittlesey.
The council may not own them anymore but they are still council houses.

He was an evil man, a good wartime leader but an evil man. Look into the millions of Indian people who died under his orders and you'll find he wasn't much better than Hitler & co.

Great British history chooses to forget everything outwith WW2, just take a look into it though and you'll change your mind.

A little bit of red tutoring and they know everything. There was a reason he was voted the greatest Britain of the 20th century.

Nobody is saying he wasn't a good wartime leader but it's important to look at his overall history before pronouncing him a hero. The ignorance & denial of the attrocities in his name shows the mentality of some British people.

We're all thick, there I've admitted it, we're all mysogonistic and racists, according to people on Twitter, because we hate Stormzy, Diane Abbott, David Lammy, Meghan Markle, Sadiq Khan etc, but no mention of Jeremy Corbyn, Gary Lineker, Eddie Izzard, Dominic Grieve, Nicola Sturgeon etc

According to Brianposh, he (Churchill) is "Regarded throughout the World as the greatest man EVER to live".

Obviously Brianposh doesn't believe in our Lord Jesus Christ. Happy Christmas Brian.

Has this been confirmed as an actual event, I have recently read a book about where the DNA of Jesus is found, but that was a book of fiction. If you look at the book of Genesis by Phil Collins there is a lot of doubt surrounding the events back then, not least that most of the stories were written many centuries after the events.

Of course he lived. It was well documented by the Romans at the time of Emperor Tiberius and Pontius Pilate in Judea who crucified him.

No locking the door in Aussieland.
Huge campaign over here for us all to visit Aussie and a 5 minute advert before the Queen's speech by Kylie. I might just go.
