Jodie Whittaker

Post by Happy Cat » 03 Nov 2019, 14:54

Do you like to watch Doctor Who? My dad got me hooked on both Doctor Who and Red Dwarf. I'm crazy about both. Most Saturday nights my dad and I watch a vintage episode of Doctor Who and sometimes an episode of Red Dwarf. I'm thrilled that they have a woman doctor now and Jodie is amazing as the Doctor!
What are your thoughts about having a woman Doctor? She 's my favorite Doctor.

P.S.
My other favor Doctors are David Tennant, Matt Smith and Peter Davison.

I don't think that Happy Cat was meaning the sort of thoughts you might be having! :)

Not exactly the thoughts I had, to say the least. Perhaps I should have wrir, do you think choosing a woman to play the role of woman was a good one? And do you Jodie us doing well in that role? I think She's excellent in the part!

Choosing a man to play the part of a woman may not have worked HC

I like Whittaker, but she's let down by some awful scriptwriters, same as Peter Capaldi was. We haven't seen really good Dr Who since Matt Smith had the role.

As for Red Dwarf, I hope you've got some way of catching the new series across the pond, Danny John Jules has been posting on Facebook about how much he's enjoying it

I must learn to proof read better. And clearly plan out what I'm going to say! Haven't seen the new episodes of Red Dwarf yet
