Stories coming out of the footballing world that Everton could launch a bid for Ivan Toney in the summer. Goodness knows what he will be worth by then if he keeps up his current goal scoring rate. Could be a nice add on windfall for Posh!!

Re: Ivan Toney
I’m amazed a premier team didn’t get him this summer. There are several teams who don’t have anybody better up front

Maybe the Brentford decision makers are smarter than Posh and won't release him for peanuts.Gaz_Miller wrote: ↑03 Dec 2020, 22:56I’m amazed a premier team didn’t get him this summer. There are several teams who don’t have anybody better up front
Re: Ivan Toney
Maybe because Toney hadn't proved himself at Championship level, (even though most of us who had seem him perform consistently, knew he would be)
Re: Ivan Toney
Whilst I loved Tommy Robson and Ken Charley ( and still sing their songs when I’m drunk) I think Ivan was the best player I’ve ever seen in a Posh shirt, I’d sing his song too but apparently it’s not the done thing.

Re: Ivan Toney
Latast rumour is Arsenal are interested in him.
Re: Ivan Toney
Latest is that his goal scoring spree has temporarily gone into decline and he was sent off last night against Luton!

Re: Ivan Toney
Hatters defender Tom Lockyer and Toney were sent off in added time following an off-the-ball incident.
Luton boss Nathan Jones has confirmed the club will definitely appeal the red card shown to defender Tom Lockyer during the 1-0 defeat at Brentford.
He is putting all of the blame on Toney.
