Borehamwood resign Junior Morias from St Mirren on loan until end of season
That lad initially showed so much promise. What on earth went wrong?

I’ve no idea, if I did I’d be a football manager
I don't judge people on race, religion, gender,
ability or size, I judge them on whether or not
they're a prat!

Maddison was a substitute in Charlton defeat least night, and was substituted himself in the 92nd minute
Bowyer - asked if Maddison is seriously injured: "I don't know. I don't care. You've got a player who is jumping out of tackles and then he says he got a knock before that. If you do that again then you're done."
There’s a surprise.

Seems a bit of a harsh thing for a manager to say.
According to Football League World
https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/lost- ... ntroversy/
Bowyer’s comments sparked quite a reaction on social media.
Most of them anti Bowyer.
For example
Shut the door on the way out Bowyer and leave your keys behind. To say that you don’t care if one of your players is injured is disgraceful. Like blaming the fans previously. It’s your team, you picked it and tactics. It’s your fault. Thanks for all you’ve done

Joe Newell on Sky Sports against Celtic Reserves. Not had too much involvement from what I've watched.

In another thread people were talking about all clubs being selling clubs.
Brentford appear to be doing what some of us wish that Posh would do.

Apparently Arsenal and West Ham are interested in Toney. But Brentford have said "The Bees want Toney to fire them to the Premier League and will not sell him".

According to the Eastern Daily Press
https://www.edp24.co.uk/sport/kings-lyn ... on-6913034
Tyler Denton has signed for Kings Lynn.
Steve Evans brought him in on loan from Leeds on 6 July 2018,
He only played 14 times for the Posh. DMac wasn't impressed with him.

Brentford 1-0 Luton
https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/55642312
Brentford climbed to third in the Championship as Saman Ghoddos' goal gave them victory over Luton and extended their unbeaten league run to 16 games.
The Iranian headed home Ivan Toney's whipped cross after Luton keeper Simon Sluga had earlier denied Sergi Canos with a magnificent flying save when the forward tried his luck from 25 yards.
the end of the game was marred by two red cards as Hatters defender Tom Lockyer and Toney were sent off in added time following an off-the-ball incident.

Luton Today
https://www.lutontoday.co.uk/sport/foot ... rd-3107581
says
Luton boss Nathan Jones has confirmed the club will definitely appeal the red card shown to defender Tom Lockyer during this evening’s 1-0 defeat at Brentford.
He is putting all of the blame on Toney.

Leo Da Silva Lopes

Post by tonyp » 22 Jan 2021, 21:56

Leo Da Silva Lopes
Da Silva Lopes joined the Posh academy in 2013 when he was 14 years old.
Lopes signed a senior contact on 10 March 2015
He made his senior debut in a 4–3 victory against Crawley Town on 25 April 2015.
He made 86 appearances for the Posh (scored twice) before moving to Wigan in June 2018.
He has since been with Gillingham and Hull.
At  The Tigers  , the defensive midfielder played a total of 44 times during the 2019-2020 season, scored 2 goals and delivered 4 assists.
With a view to the new season, Da Silva was looking for a new challenge and he found it at Cercle: on September 10, 2020, Leonardo signed a contract for 4 seasons (until June 2024).
At the moment Circle Brugge are bottom of the Belgium First Division A table.
