So at the end of November and 19 games in we're still not playing to our potential? If that's true then why aren't we as, Ivan aside, this is more or less the same team that we finished last season with. Yes Thompson is a big miss when he's not available, especially so when Mason is his replacement but Fergie can easily solve that by playing Naismith who is a vastly superior player to Mason. I'm happy to back Fergie on a lot of things but I fail to understand his preference for Mason over Naismith.

Have you asked him to explain it to you?

Well, a win is a win. I couldn't watch last night but my son said we deserved it (just about) in the end.

Must continue to pick up maximum points at Wimbledon next Tuesday before a tricky game at Pompey. We definitely can't lose to any of these teams struggling in the bottom half anymore (Crewe have lost every game since playing us for example).
Gaz, I totally agree with you, must try and rollover these bottom-half teams, not easy though. By the way, as it was local to me, Crewe won their next game on the Tuesday night after beating us, 2-0 away at Oxford.

 :comeon:
Banbury, you’re a clown. Don’t you realise that the facts don’t come into it when Gaz/Stumpy want to have a sly dig at Fergie

I don’t think he remembers that Naismith isstill our player until it comes to the Micky Mouse cup
