Very Sad news, a wonderful man, a great entertainer, a true PUFC Legend, on the wing, on the wing.

RIP Sir Tommy.

Legend, the word is used very loosely for some but not our Tommy. One of my early heroes from watching the Posh back in the day. Worth the entrance money on his own to watch him creating havoc on that left wing. All our thoughts are with his family and friends.

Oh how sad, lovely man apparently and a true Posh legend

R.I.P. Tommy, a true LEGEND. A wonderful player and man. Not many to match him in any aspect. Love and thoughts to Helen and family.

I have many fond memories of the player, the man and the positive feelings he always portrayed about his adopted club Posh. His tours around the ground and talks he gave to fans were always superb. He suffered from a terrible condition but he is now free from its debilitating effects. RIP Tommy.

Such sad news. A great servant to the club, and the community. A true Posh legend.

R.I.P., Tommy, and thanks for the memories.

Met him when visiting as a guest at match v. Luton (my team).
Real gentleman and Great Ambassador for Posh.
Celebrate his life with a win at Sixfields tomorrow !

The best 20k Posh have ever spent. Would be the first name in my all time Posh 11. Great man. Great footballer. Great entertainer. I'm sure he will be looking down at Sixfields tomorrow and willing on the Posh to stuff the Cobblers. RIP

I only remember Tommy's last season but he was still the guy who made me want to play football. Every good Posh fan is gutted tonight, already London Rd seems a bit less bright

I wasn’t lucky enough to see Tommy play but I knew him as a great Ambassador for our Club. Always had time for everyone and made every single last POSH fan feel like a friend.
He’ll really be missed
RIP Tommy

Some of my earliest Posh memories are of Tommy Robson dribbling down the wing and the London Road crowd singing his name...a true legend...may he rest in perfect peace
