A behind the scenes photo from the EFL meeting when they decided how the League One season should end.

And Parry sold us down the river. Good news so far is that Wycombe are;
Played 5
Lost 5
GD -11

Sorry if I hold grudges.....not.

Best part of the season so far is watching them and their pikey manager embarrassing themselves every week

Good grief what a silly comment, he’s got long hair so he’s a “pikey manager”

Look at how well he has done at Wycombe in recent years and it tends to suggest that he is a very astute manager. Saying that, I am delighted with their present form; nothing to do with Gareth Ainsworth but more to do with the way the club is being run (Feliciana EFL Ltd) Feel sorry for him but hope the club crashes and burns!

He’s done a great job with very limited resources and he appears to be a decent bloke too.
The EFL are to blame for the way they went up so I don’t hold it against them too much, and I know they said they thought the season should end and then played on when they were put in a play off position but what else would you expect them to do? My mates wife is a lifelong Wycombe fan who goes to every match home and away so I wish no I’ll on Wycombe for her sake.......however, after saying all that, I am quite enjoying their current run of form too. :D :D

All they had to do was vote to continue playing and then say they’ll abide by whatever decision was made as they knew that the vote was going to go massively in their favour anyway but no they chose the other option and went up by default just like Rotherham and Coventry did.

Exactly right and that is the general feeling from most Posh fans regarding Wycombegate! Both the EFL and the directors of Wycombe are the ones who have caused this uproar, neither the manager or the players!

It has been said, whether on here or elsewhere that had Posh been in a similar position they too would have voted in the same way as Wycombe did. I wouldn't have agreed with it, but would have accepted it eventually.

Exactly right.

This Wycombe thing is getting out of hand from Posh fans. They did what every other club would have done in their position.

I've said it before, but with a multi-million pound team, we should never have had to worry about Wycombe scraping into the play-offs.

I've said it a hell of a lot less than some Posh fans have banged on about Wycombe getting propmoted - even though they deserved it.

I agree with you about Posh fans whinging too much about Wycombe. Not sure they deserved it but they did what any other team would have done in the circumstances and took their chance when it was presented to them, and fair play to them for that.

They finished outside the playoffs so I'm afraid I don't agree with the notion that they "deserved it". Neither am I swayed by the EFL algorithm to bump them up above us, so yes, I shall still be looking every Saturday in the hope they get panned. Childish? Petty? Maybe so but that's the way I feel.

I’m hoping they break our start to the season of eight defeats in a row.
