Re: Posh v Shrewsbury

5-1 Posh....we will maul them, run them ragged and thrash them with a 90 minute display of totally dominant attacking football played at high tempo...JCHx2, Dembele, Ward, Szmodics with the goals

Re: Posh v Burton

It was a game that we could have won and just as easily could have lost. They pressed us with real energy and we struggled to escape and certainly did not dominate the game. All in all, it's been a good 10 days or so and a win Saturday will have us in a good position. We do seem to struggle when tea...

Re: Hull 1 Posh 2

Sort of watched the game whilst packing working. It was a tight game with not a lot of quality. I think a draw was about the right result but Joe Ward pulled out a great cross for a lovely JCH header and then Ward got away from Elder to set up the deflected winner from Dembele...aside for that, we d...

Re: Posh v Oxford

Good game of football to watch and we did just have the edge. Our forward play left a lot to be desired, but the middle/defence played well. Dembele, scored a great goal, but poor play especially first half. Another win though and we rode our luck. Pym my Man of the Match. I was able to listen to t...

According to the Oxford Mail - https://www.oxfordmail.co.uk/sport/18798303.promise-posh-facilities-welcome-oxford-united-boss/ OXFORD United are confident of one thing tomorrow at Peterborough United – they will get a warmer welcome than at Gillingham last weekend. Re: Posh v Oxford

Expecting a win as they are struggling with a bot of play-off hangover and we are just hitting our stride. 3-0 Posh

Re: Winning League One

.It's all too early to tell this year Assuming we're still talking about "Winning League One" I agree with Stumpy. And I repeat "It doesn't' matter how many we lose. We'll win enough to get promotion." I, personally, don't mind if we only finish second. Money always talks and talks louder in the lo...

I thought Basil Brush looked good when he came on and a nice finish for his goal.

Re: Winning League One

Good grief. So Bristolposh has joined the Gaz and Stumpy’s not so happy bus, condemning Fergie and (despite denials from previous mangers and DMac) now thinks everyone has to dance to the chairman’s tune. May I remind you that we were shipping goals at an alarming rate and going nowhere under Johns...

Re: Northampton v Posh (Sat 10th October)

So, I am currently on a road trip relocating from California to the New York area and traveling in a rented RV...it's a spectacular trip but WiFi has been spotty! I did manage to see a lot of the Northampton game and I thought we were very good indeed. Unlike some of the posters on the other site, I...

Some of my earliest Posh memories are of Tommy Robson dribbling down the wing and the London Road crowd singing his name...a true legend...may he rest in perfect peace
